Locking vehicle wheels by positive detents.-- A wheel lock for children's carriages comprises a locking-rod 9 adapted to engage any one of an annular series of holes in the wheel hub 4, the lever 15 for adjusting the locking-rod being pivoted to the axle 1 and provided with a resilient locking-arm 19 for engaging the axle when the locking-rod is retracted. Rod-guiding lugs 11 and a spring 10 are arranged as shown.
