150,387. Dewelle, L. May 21, 1919. Locking by positive detents.-To prevent theft &c. of an automobile or other vehicle, the wheel hubs 1 are fitted with toothed collars 2 adapted to be engaged by toothed collar 4 sliding on the axle 20 and operated by a handle 21 and eccentric 13 which engages spring-pressed rods 6 secured to the collars 4.
