Guarding against unauthorized use.-A device for preventing unauthorized use comprises a lock 4 attached to the footboard or other part of the vehicle, the bolt 3 of the lock being adapted when shot to engage the clutch pedal 1 or other operating-lever. The bolt 3 projects to either side to enable the lock to be fixed on either side of the operating-lever.
