Guarding against un authorised use.-A device for locking the steering wheel consists of a three part folding member a, b, c one part a being fixed tc the seat and the part c pro vided with means for en gaging the wheel comprising a hasp e, f having a slot tc fit a staple h. The staple h has a hole for a padlock When not in use the device may be folded on to the seat under the cushion.
