256,451. Turner, C. J. Nov. 30, 1925. Guarding against unauthorized use. - A one-piece sleeve 1 having.a recess 2 is secured to the steering-column support 7, and a key-operated bolt 4 is housed in the recess. The wheel W is locked by the engagement of the bolt with one end of a number of holes 8 in the hub 9 of the wheel. Alternatively, the sleeve 1 may be secured to the column 11, the bolt engaging a hole in a collar on the support 7.
