Fixed-chamber apparatus; with several chambers.-Relates to apparatus for measuring and dispensing liquids, of the type in which a pair of containers have their inlet and outlet valves connected so that one container fills while the other empties, and consists in (1) arranging separate outlet valves connected to a common inlet valve and (2) in a suitable standard for carrying such apparatus. Two graduated transparent containers 11 protected by jackets 32 are closed top and bottom by covers 12, 10 held together by tie-rods 13, the top cover being surmounted by a plate 36 with a sealing lug. A rotary valve 16 common to the inlet pipes 15 is connected by links 29, 26, to freely engage the top ends of stems 22 of outlet valves 23 in the bottom of each container, each valve 23 being mounted in a housing and seated by a spiral spring (not shown). An air-pipe for equalizing the pressure in the containers, and overflow pipes are fitted. An apparatus for carrying such a device consists in a hollow standard 71 with a top end flared to receive a bottom plate 72 having an integral web for an outlet valve and overflow pipes, and connected to a top plate 102 with an integral web for an inlet valve and equalizer pipe. The liquid is lifted through a pipe 74 within the standard by a pump 75 with a detachable handle 76 through a filter 78 to the top valve housing', and is dispensed by a flexible pipe with a nozzle 116 which can be locked in a door in the standard. A cover 112 with a globe of translucent material is arranged over the apparatus.
