Abstract

1536361 Valves DANFOSS AS 3 Feb 1976 [4 Feb 1975] 04179/76 Heading F2V The stem 11 of a fluid pressure actuated valve has conical ring seals 20, 21 of plastics such as P.T.F.E. which are spaced apart by a shaped sleeve 22 and biased into sealing engagement with a surrounding wall 6 and the stem 11 by a spring 25. The valve is stated to be used for controlling hot fluid media. The stem 11 is connected to a closure member 9 by a pin 10. The closure member 9 is biased to the closed position by a spring 12 and opened by fluid pressure acting on a piston 13. Specification 1,536,362 is referred to.
