Abstract

1532020 Reciprocating pumps and motors MASCHINENFABRIK RUDOLF HAUSHERR & SOHNE KG 20 July 1976 [21 May 1976] 30178/76 Heading F1A A high-pressure pump for non-greasy liquids, e.g. for use in a mine, comprises pumping pistons 29, 30 reciprocated by a motor piston 23 actuated by hydraulic fluid supplied by an axial piston pump 2 via a distributing valve 5, the pump 2 having a pressure regulator and a stroke limiter which are manually adjustable, Fig. 1 (not shown). An electric motor 1 drives pump 2 through a coupling 3 incorporating a fan for a cooler for the pump circuit. Valve 5 is reversed at the end of each stroke of piston 23 by hydraulic pressure controlled by piston grooves 33, valve control piston 20 being continuously under pressure and control piston 21 being alternately pressurized and relieved of pressure.
