1525957 Easy-open containers TOYO SEIKAN KK 9 Sept 1975 [10 Sept 1974 22 July 1975] 37130/75 Heading B8D [Also in Division B8] An easy-opening closure 4, 7 in a container end made from sheet metal is partially severed from the container end leaving a connecting hinge 5, 8, the edges 10, 11 are overlapped with the closures 4, 7 and the hinges 5, 8 are deformed to bring the overlapping edges into resilient contact. The edges are sealed with rubber or vinyl chloride 12.
