1521731 Grain-oriented silicon steel sheet GENERAL ELECTRIC CO 17 July 1975 30015/75 Heading C7A Cold-rolled silicon-iron sheet containing by wt.- Si 2À2-4À5% B 5-45 p.p.m. N 15-95 p.p.m. S 0À005-0À06% Mn 0À001-0À1% wherein the N:B ratio ranges from 1À8:1 to 4À5:1 and the S and Mn contents are such that there is a minimum of 0À005% S in solute form during final annealing, is decarburized and annealed to yield a grain-oriented product of (110) [001] secondary recrystallization texture.
