Abstract

1521423 Tiltable valves for pressurized dispensing containers COSTER TECNOLOGIE SPECIALI SpA 5 May 1976 [7 May 1975] 18311/76 Heading F1R A tiltable valve member is moulded with a cavity 15 in the flange 10, which cavity communicates through the passage 14 with the hollow valve stem 13 and through apertures 15A with the recess 16 in the upper surface of the flange. Initially, as shown in Fig. 3, the flange is moulded with the cavity 15 open on the lower side 21, the opening 20 being surrounded by a wall 22 which is subsequently heated and caused to close the cavity 15 as shown in Fig. 5. Projections 17 in the recess 16 prevent the sealing gasket on which the flange 10 seats, from entering the recess.
