Abstract

Diving; diving-tools.-In a diving-chamber for use in raising sunken vessels and provided with gripping-members 10, lines 16 are attached to the gripper jaws for guiding a cross-piece 17 through which is passed a chain 18 to be attached to the vessel. The chamber is provided with a ballast compartment 3, a counterweight 26, and adjustable bars 20 for engagement with the vessel.
