Abstract

1508235 Dry shavers GILLETTE CO 23 June 1976 [5 July 1975] 28415/75 Heading B4B A shearing foil for a dry shaver comprises a number of perforations separated by bars 2 which in transverse cross-section are of dished profile, the base of the dished profile being substantially flat and of uniform thickness t, and the edges of the dished profile extending at an obtuse angle α to the base to terminate with coplanar faces 5 whereby the perforations are narrower level with the face 5 than they are when level with the base, the face 5 having a width in the transverse direction which is not greater than the thickness t.
