Abstract

1501505 Hinges BLUM GmbH 22 Jan 1975 [6 Feb 1974] 2879/75 Heading E2F In a hinge device having a mounting plate 3 fixable to a part of a piece of furniture, an elongate hinge arm 2 is mountable onto the mounting plate and an intermediate part 1 is provided between the mounting plate 3 and the hinge arm 2, the intermediate part 1 being provided with hook-shaped projections 7 directed in one and the same direction and fitting into shoulders or anchorings 8 provided on the mounting plate 3. A set screw 4 acts as a fixing element to locate the projections 7 and anchorings 8. Adjustment of the mounting plate 3 relative to the intermediate part 1 is provided by ribs 21 located on the anchorings 8 and the projections 7. The intermediate part 1 has an upper and lower portion capable of relative adjustment by means of a screw 6. A lock screw 5 enables the hinge arm 2 to be clamped onto the intermediate part 1 after adjustment has been effected.
