Abstract

1437740 Shelf brackets SAINSBURY & PARKINSON Ltd 6 Feb 1975 [28 March 1974] 13853/74 Heading A4B A shelf bracket comprises a first part 13 with a single rectangular hole 22 to receive a single screw 23 for securing to a wall 10 or the like and a second part 11 serving to support a shelf, the two parts 13, 11 being inter-connected with an interposed cover-plate 12 for the first part by means of a screw 21 rigidly fixed to the first part 13 and a plate-like nut engaged in a slot 17 in the second part 11. To mount the bracket the first part 13 is secured to the wall, whereafter the nut 18 is engaged with the screw 23 and the second part 11 is rotated on the screw to be drawn into engagement with the wall.
