A grommet used to resiliently mount a building panel on a structure, comprises a synthetic plastics sleeve 7, having a flange 8, lined with a steel tube 11 having a flange 12. In use, the tube 11 limits the amount by which the sleeve 7 can be compressed by a securing screw 3.
