147,832. Fr³hling, O., and Fr³hling, C. June 26, 1919, [Convention date]. Suction apparatus; digging-apparatus.-In a self-propelled suction dredger with rotary cutters mounted on a horizontal axis in front of the suction head A, the cutters are in the form of ploughshares and are adapted to assist the forward propulsion of the dredger. In the form shown, the cutters are driven through gearing F and comprise inner double ploughs E and outer single ploughs D. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) states also that single ploughs such as D may be employed on one or more shafts inclined or parallel to the axis of the ship. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
