The rubber strips pass around collars as J, and sometimes are led over intermediate pulleys to increase the length. Alt ern a - tively or additively, a hydro-pneumatic shock absorber with cylinder L and piston rod M may be provided. The piston has holes covered by a spring-pressed disk with small holes. The return of the piston is effected by a spring or the rubber strips.
