Abstract
146,499. Sarreau, E. (dit G.). June 26, 1919, [Convention date]. Aerating, gases for.-Carbon dioxide for use in aerating beverages is aromatized by mixing liquid carbon dioxide with aromatic essences or by passing the liquid through aromatic substances. The liquid is then allowed to expand. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) describes also passing carbon dioxide gas over a vegetable aromatic substance such as grated lemon or orange peel, strawberries, raspberries &c. which may be moistened with alcohol or bubbling the gas through aromatic liquids or liquers. The aromatized gas may be liquefied and stored in bottles, cylinders or capsules. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
