Abstract

1460673 Burners COMPAGNIE D'ETUDES ET DE PARTICIPATIONS INDUSTRIELLES EN ABREGE 18 July 1974 [19 July 1973] 31814/74 Heading F4T A gas burner comprises a combustion chamber 3 having at least one fuel injector 2 shaped to direct the gas to a point 7, the injector walls being made of refractory ceramic material. The injector has an annular outlet 8 which may be adjusted and preferably surrounds a secondary injector 1. Both injectors may be fed with fuel gas and air from a common mixer and a sparking plug 11 and u.v. cell 10 may be provided to initiate and monitor combustion.
