1454168 Thermostats DIAMOND H CONTROLS Ltd 31 Dec 1973 [4 Jan 1973] 60289/73 Heading G1D [Also in Division H1] A control apparatus (a thermostat) comprises a component (capsule 13) the position of which is moved to operate the apparatus, a bifurcated member 16 secured to the component, a tubular actuator 14 which is an insulator and is pushed over member 16, and a control device (contacts) positioned for actuation by actuator 14 upon its movement in response to movement of component 13. Member 16 is welded to diaphragm 13a and is manufactured by cold heading a wire or may be a round headed bifurcated rivet. For the contact details, see Division H1.
