Abstract
1381043 Fluid actuation of switches DANFOSS AS 4 Jan 1972 [12 Jan 1971] 306/72 Heading H1N A fluid pressure switch comprises a pressure sensitive element 8 (a diaphragm) in base 2 acting through a plunger 11 on a spring lever 13 pivoted at 17 to a side wall 3 (and to a side wall 4, Fig. 2, not shown) with its free end 15 engaging a snap spring 14 mounted on a bearing 16 on end wall 5. Lever 13 operates contact spring 27 carrying moving contact 28 co-operating with fixed contact 26 by actuating element 30. End 17 of lever 13 has two tags 18, 19, Fig. 2, which slide in slots 20 in side walls 3, 4 into looking portions 21, slots 20 being closed after assembly. Stops 32 on side walls 3, 4 are provided for the free end 15 of lever 13. The pressure difference can be adjusted by bending bearing 16 and the rated value by bending lever 13.
