1448252 Cooling charge of turbocharged engines WALLACE-MURRAY CORP 14 Sept 1973 27277/75 Divided out of 1448251 Heading F1B A turbocharging system comprises an internal combustion engine 81, a turbocharger having a compressor component 64 for delivering an air charge to the air induction system 82 of the engine, a heat exchanger 84 having two flow-paths therethrough, the compressor component having discrete dual air intake and discharge passages, and means connecting are flow-path of the heat exchanger to atmosphere and to one intake passage 66, connecting the corresponding discharge passage 43 to atmosphere, connecting the other intake passage 63a to atmosphere and the corresponding discharge passage 44 to the other flow-path of the heat exchanger and hence to the induction system 82, Specification 1448251 is referred to.
