Abstract

1435218 Electro-photographic colour process XEROX CORP 14 Dec 1973 [18 Dec 1972] 58049/73 Heading G2H In a three colour separation electro-photographic printing process in which each latent electrostatic image is developed with a magnetic brush type of developer comprising a toner of colour complementary to the colour of the filter used in forming the respective latent image; the developers comprise (i) a cyan toner and steel carrier particles coated with the terpolymer defined below, (ii) a magenta toner and uncoated nickel berry carrier particles, and (iii) a yellow toner and steel carrier particles coated with said terpolymer. The terpolymer is formed by copolymerizing styrene, methyl methacrylate and vinyltriethoxy-silane.
