Abstract

1426239 Pressurized dispensing containers AEROSOL INVENTIONS & DEVELOPMENT SA 7 Dec 1973 [28 Dec 1972] 56853/73 Heading F1R A dispensing cap and button assembly comprises a body having inner and outer skirts 9, 8 connected at 10, the inner skirt having means for engaging the rim 7 of a container and having a central tube 13 in which an outer sleeve 14 'of a button 14 is guided. The button has an inner tube 14" engagable with the valve-member and at the outer end has an enlarged head 15 guided in the outer sleeve 8. The member 10 may be flat as shown, or conical Fig. 2 (not shown). The Specification also describes means comprising protrusions (21) Fig. 4 (not shown) on the outer edge of the mounting cup for retaining the gasket 6 in situ during assembly of the cup to the container.
