Abstract

1,059,838. Dispensing liquids under pressure. VALVE CORPORATION OF AMERICA. Nov. 22, 1963 [Dec.17, 1962], No.46230/63. Heading F1R. An aerosol dispenser cap construction comprises a flexible cylindrical body 38 on which is moulded a bead 46 engaging a shoulder 26 of a neck 24 of an end closure member 22. A skirt 56 is provided adjacent the lower rim of the body 38 to act as reinforcing means when the bead 46 is forced over the shoulder 26. The body 38 acts as a guide for the actuator button 20 and the skirt 56 is preferably formed integral with the body.
