Abstract
1417488 Fuse link H SCHURTER AG 15 Oct 1973 [20 Dec 1972] 48513/73 Heading H2G A fuse link comprises electrically conducting end caps 3 with blades 30 (30<SP>1</SP>) bent from the cap itself, said blades being pressed together to clamp the fusible wire 4 coaxially with the insulating tube 1. The blades may be corrugated transverse the tube axis (Fig. 4, not shown). A cover cap 55 (Fig. 5, not shown) can be fitted over cap 3. Either cap 3 or cover cap (55) or both may be attached by pressing on, glueing, cementing or thermal shrinkage against an intermediately melted layer of tin 63<SP>1</SP> (Fig. 6, not shown). In the latter case, Specification 1,415,235 is referred to.
