Abstract
1417297 Valve oscillators G O OKIKIOLU 9 Oct 1973 [12 Sept 1973] 42770/73 Heading H3F [Also in Divisions G1 and H1] An oscillator includes a cathode-ray tube the beam inpact area of which may be deflected away from a strip of exposed surface of the tube anode which is otherwise masked with an insulator, and which is connected via an oscillatory circuit to the deflection means (Figs. 6 and 7, not shown). Two such cathode-ray tubes may be interconnected to form a further oscillatory arrangement, Fig. 8. Reference is also made to a tube the anode of which is provided with a pair of orthogonal exposed strips each separately connected to an appropriate deflection means by an oscillatory circuit.
