1389265 Chairs L CORBETTA 17 May 1972 [25 May 1971] 23206/72 Heading A4H A chair comprises two identical side frames, e.g. of plastics, each frame defining leg members 2 connected by a cross-member 3 and an upstanding back member 4, each frame having on at least the inwardly facing side a continuous groove 8 extending at least along members 3, 4 for receiving the edges of a seat panel and a back panel in the regions of members 3 and 4. The panels may be secured by screws passed through holes moulded in the base 6 of the groove and the sides of the groove diverge outwardly to facilitate insertion of the panels.
