Abstract
1383027 Watches DAINI SEIKOSHA K K 26 May 1972 [27 May 1971] 24985/72 Heading G3T A watch movement comprises bridges 10, 11 which are spaced from each other and from frame plates 12, 13 by a spacer 14 to which the plates 12, 13 are held by at least one screw 28. As shown the bridges 10, 11 are held frictionally by the spacer and separated by a flange 22. The bridge 10 and plate 13 have bearing apertures 30, 31 for shafts 32-35 of a third wheel 36, fourth wheel 37, escape wheel 40 and pallet lever 41 respectively, and also support a mainspring barrel 63 which is retained by a clip 65 and can be withdrawn laterally without other dismantling. The lever 41 co-operates with a balance 42 and its oscillations are limited by the sides of an aperture 50 in the plate 13. A centre wheel and arbor 54 are mounted in the bridge 11 and plate 13, the bridge 10 having an aperture 60 to permit a centre seconds pinion and staff to be inserted. The plate 13 is also spaced from the bridge 10 by a bearing block (74), Figs. 4, 5 (not shown) which supports a winding/setting stem as in Specification 1367416.
