1377114 Ferroelectric composition TOKO Inc 9 Nov 1972 [10 Nov 1971] 51701/72 Heading C1J A ferroelectric ceramic comprises solid solutions of (A) Pb(Fe 1/2 Nb 1/2 )O 3 ; (B) Pb(Zn 1/3 - Nb 2/3 )O 3 ; (C) PbZrO 3 and (D) PbTiO 3 . The proportions of A, B, C and D lie within the volume bounded by an envelope enclosing and bounding the areas defined by compositions 1-39 in Table 1. The ceramist may be prepared by calcining and pulverizing a composition containing A, B, C, D in the required proportions, moulding with the aid of a binder and firing.
