1369747 Scaffold platform and guard-rails BAKER-ROOS INC 22 June 1972 29403/72 Heading E1S For use in scaffolding which comprises a pair of ladder-like upright frames 10 interconnected by horizontal strut frames 15, a platform assembly comprises a platform 20 supported on a pair of interconnected longitudinal struts, each of channel section with the web 22 vertical and the flanges 23, 24 directed outwardly and having further upwardly directed flanges 25, 26 at their edges, sockets 40 secured to plates 30 which are engaged in the channels of the struts and fastened to the webs 22, posts 45 received in the sockets 40, and guard-rails 48 interconnecting the posts 45. The struts have vertical mounts 17 at their ends which embrace the scaffold uprights 12 and are securable at a selected height by means 18 engaging holes in the uprights 12.
