Moving-chamber apparatus, with several chambers for delivering ingredients in desired proportions, for example for making concrete, in which a drum A rotates below a divided hopper 3, 1, 2 and has corresponding compartments 14, 15, 16 subdivided by radial partitions 17. The proportions delivered are varied by shutters 19 adapted to close any of the sectoral chambers. A rotating ribbed roller 28 or equivalent device may be arranged as shown, to remove surplus material from the drum compartments and so prevent clogging.
