Abstract

1356211 Converting SCIENTIFIC ENTERPRISES Inc 15 Feb 1972 [14 April 1971] 6879/72 Heading H2F [Also in Division H1] In ionizing apparatus (see Division H1) a converter comprises a bridge of two diodes 18, 19 and two Zener diodes 16, 17 connected to 105-240 V mains 11 via a voltage dropping capacitor 23. The rectified supply feeds a blocking oscillator 28, 34, the asymmetrical waveform of which is rectified by positive and negative voltage doublers having output terminals 51, 56.
