Abstract
892,924. Frequency changing. PHILIPS ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd. March 31, 1959 [April 3, 1958], No. 10845/59. Class 38 (2). [Also in Group XL (c)] The output of a transistor oscillator developed across tuned circuit 8, 10 is subjected to two stages of frequency-doubling by means of full-wave rectifier circuits 11, 12 and 19, 20 to develop a waveform having cusps recurring at four times the oscillator frequency in the secondary winding of transformer 21. The rectifier circuits 11, 12 and 19, 20 are coupled by a transformer tuned by capacitor 18 to twice the oscillator frequency.
