Abstract

PURPOSE:To output a two-level logic signal with a little time delay corresponding to the envelope of an alternating-current signal by converting an intermittent alternating-current signal into a pulse signal by rectifying and then by controlling a time constant by this pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:An alternating-current signal from signal source 2 is applied to full- wave rectifier circuit 3 via contact 1 and this circuit 3 performs the full-wave rectification of the alternating-current signal and then supplies the rectified signal to waveform converter circuit 6. This converter circuit 6 compares signal 3a with preset voltage V1 close to the peak value of signal 3a and when the signal exceeds set voltage V1, pulse signal 6a is outputted. At this time, signal 6a is supplied to integrating circuit 7 and when the integral value exceeds preset voltage value V2, signal 7a of logic ''1'' is outputted. consequently, a two-level logic signal with a little time delay corresponding to the envelope of an intermittent alternating-current signal can be outputted without providing a long-time-constant circuit.
