Abstract

1343914 Knitting-machine FRANZ MORAT GmbH 19 April 1971 [17 March 1970] 25261/71 Heading D1C A bobbin stand 15 used with a circular knitting machine 20 includes thread feed rollers 8, 8a rotated at a substantially higher speed than the thread speed, and higher than the speed of the machine rollers 12. Yarn feed is tension responsive. Any abnormal demand is supplied from a reserve between the frame and the machine. Tension devices 5, 5a and stop motions 6, 6a are also provided along the thread path. (For Figure see next page)
