Abstract

1340384 Valves KOMBINAT MEDIZINUND-LABORTECHNIK VEB 13 May 1971 14657/71 Heading F2V A modular valve construction, particularly for respiratory gas appliances, and which can be adapted to form various arrangements of twoway or multiple-way valves having one or more valve closure members, includes a basic valve cubical block body 1 having a chamber with openings on all six sides to the exterior. These openings are all of the same diameter and receive interchangeable fittings constituting a valve seat and connection nipple 4, inlet or outlet connection nipples 3, a blanking off cap 2, a bush 5 in which a valve operating stem 6 is mounted, and an inter-body connecting piece (10) Figs. 2 and 3 (not shown). The parts are injection moulded in plastic material.
