Roller bearings. - In a roller bearing having one or more rows of conical rollers, the outer race ring 1 has a cylindrical track 5 in contact with enlarged rounded heads of the rollers 3. The point of contact of the track with the roller lies on a continuation of a generating line of the roller. End thrusts in one direction may be taken by a ball bearing as shown, and the race rings 2, 7 may be connected by an inner sleeve riveted or swaged out at the ends.
