Abstract

1332130 Component assemblies WALTER PREH GmbH 30 Oct 1970 [22 Nov 1969] 61849/70 Headings H1S and H1R A layer voltage divider having tapping impedances connected to its resistance track comprises a hard paper base 1, initial and terminal silver connections 2, 3 and tapping connections 5, 6. Two resistance layers 7, 8 having the same specific surface resistance, are printed on to the paper, an insulating layer 9 is applied, and finally a, resistance track 10 is printed on this and solder tags are riveted to the four holes 4 in the connections. The voltage is tapped off by a slider along the dashed line (Fig. 8). To obtain frequency dependent voltage division reactances may be used in addition to resistance layers, capacitances being applied by evaporation or atomizing processes or as copper surfaces indented by a photo-etching process. In another embodiment (Fig. 8) resistance layers 13, 15, 17 and insulating layers 14, 16, 18 are deposited alternately one on the other, and a resistance track 20 is connected directly to terminals 13<SP>1</SP>, 15<SP>1</SP> 17<SP>1</SP>, and is connected to the exposed ends of the resistance layers by a, silver strip 19.
