132,740. Urwick, Sir H. April 14, 1919. Fastening wearing-apparel; straps and bands.-Gloves are secured around the wrist by means of two metal strips hinged together and folded over one another. To the underside of the strip b is riveted a blade spring d, and pivoted to one end of it is the other strip a. The strip a has a lug e which, when the two strips are over one another, is engaged and held by the spring d. The plates may be attached to a band passing around the wrist of the glove, and also having an adjusting-buckle; or, when the glove has a wrist opening m, the two plates may be connected, one to one edge thereof, and the other to a tab l.
