1319867 Toy motor cars J M WILSON (Leung Cheuk Fan [trading as PLASTIC ARTS MANUFACTORY]) 1 Sept 1971 [5 Jan 1971] 445/71 Heading A6S A toy motor car is driven by a battery electric motor which also drives a gear 9 fast on a shaft 8 secured to a support wheel 10 on which is placed a removable cam disc 12, engaged by a cam follower 11 on a track rod 7 to change the angular direction of road steering wheels 5, so that the car traverses a circuit determined by the shape of the cam disk. The under surface of the disk 10 is provided with a notch engaged by one contact of a switch (15), Fig. 4 (not shown), in the control circuit of the electric motor. The car is started by hand actuation of another switch (4), and at the end of a circuit the first switch (15) is opened to stop the car. Several cam disks 12 are provided. The car may be made of rubber or plastics.
