Abstract

1319429 Break spinners VYZKUMNY USTAV BAVLNARSKY 13 Sept 1971 [14 Sept 1970] 42524/71 Heading DID In a break spinning device in which the spinning chamber 7 is housed in a two part body, the two body parts are held together by a lock held engaged by either the reduced pressure within the chamber 7, Fig. 2, or the raised pressure surrounding the chamber 7, Fig. 3. The Fig. 2 embodiment employs a spring biassed piston 20 sensitive to the chamber 7 pressure via a pipe 15' to operate a rockable catch lever 16. The Fig. 3 embodiment employs a diaphragm 24 communicating with the high pressure region 2a' via a channel 26 to hold a peg 27 in engagement with a recess 28. The lock prevents opening of the device while the chamber 7 is rotating.
