1313359 Dispersion hardened silver: powder metallurgy PLESSEY CO Ltd 4 Oct 1971 [21 Oct 1970] 49960/70 Headings C7A and C7D A material for light duty electrical contacts consists of Ag containing 0À1-13 atomic % Ru O 2 and is made by compacting a mixture of fine irregular Ag powder with 0À077-10 atomic % ultra fine Ru powder, sintering the compact and subsequently or simultaneously internally oxidizing the compact. The final body may have its density increased by pressure stamping (e.g. at 10-45 tons/in<SP>2</SP>).
