Abstract
1310724 Suspending curtains PLASTOFOLD AG 23 Sept 1970 [10 Oct 1969] 45242/70 Heading A4B A support for suspending curtains includes a supporting member having a front curved portion, and cloth-fixing means at the rear, these means having cloth-securing members extending in a plane substantially parallel to the plane of the upper edge of the curved portion, and having a height less than the height of the supporting member, the means being adapted to hold a double thickness of curtain cloth, the cloth between the fixing means extending over the curved portion. The fixing means may be points or may be projections pushing part of the fold of cloth into holes in another part of the support (all not shown), or, as shown, may be points 32 in one part 27 pushed through the cloth 34 into apertures in part 23 of the supporting member, the two parts being held together by resilient wedges forced through a further aperture in part 23. The suspension hook preferably lies with the curved portion.
