Panel 4 of the cabinet has an aperture 8 provided with an oscillatory cylindrical member 15 having an opening 16 for receiving sacks A of valuables. The member 15 is oscillated between open position, Fig. 2, and closed position, Fig. 3 (not shown), by a lever 21 connected to a sprocket 26 by a chain 25, the opposite end of the chain 25 being connected to a spring 27. Alternatively, the member 15 is actuated by a cranked handle (not shown) extending from an aperture in an access door 9 and connected to a stub shaft carrying the member 15.
