Abstract
1303435 Valves COLEGRAINE INSTRUMENT CO Ltd 1 Sept 1970 [3 Sept 1969] 43600/69 Heading F2V A valve comprises a valve member 15 the movement of which is effected by a transfer piston 33 which forms a telemotor with a second piston 42. The second piston is carried on a threaded rod 45 which is rotated by a handle 46 via a cable 47. In an alternative embodiment (Fig. 2, not shown) the transfer piston 33 is subject to fluid pressure from a system using a hand or motor pump. An assembly (Fig. 3, not shown) for manual operation of the valve similar to that of Fig. 1 may be inserted into the embodiment shown in Fig. 2.
