1296113 Heat-treating nickel alloy catalysts COMPAGNIE GENERALE D'ELECTRICITE 17 April 1970 [18 April 1969] 18576/70 Addition to 1226768 Heading C7A In a modification of the process of the parent Specification, the binary alloy catalysts consist of Ni with 6À4% Si, with 5% In, or with 5-10% Ta. The silicon alloy may be homogenization annealed at 1000‹C. for 100 hours, quenched, annealed at 1100‹C., quenched, worked, and tempered at 700‹C., while the indium alloy is annealed at 780‹C. for 100 hours, quenched, worked, annealed at 900‹C., and tempered at 650‹C. The tantalum alloy is annealed at 1050‹C. for 75 hours, quenched, worked, and tempered at 800‹C.
