1294039 Pile fabrics FARBENFABRIKEN BAYER AG 16 July 1970 [16 July 1969] 34468/70 Heading D1K A pile fabric has pile yarns comprising blended fibres of polyacrylonitrile and from 10% to 50% by weight of crimped polyamide of at least 50 dtex. The polyacrylonitrile fibres are a polymer containing at least 80% by weight of acrylonitrile the remainder being vinyl -vinylidine monomers such as vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and vinyl pyridine and acrylic or methacrylic compounds such as acrylate or methacrylate esters and the polyamide may be polyamide 6.
