Abstract

1291405 Pressure doors CHALLENGECOOK BROS Inc 30 April 1971 [25 May 1970] 12526/71 Heading F2P [Also in Divisions E2 and F4] Lower corners of tumbler dryer door section 48 (see Division F4) are provided with radially outwardly extending keeper plates 66. Latch element 67, pivotally connected to a mounting bar 68 (Fig. 8) secured to the corresponding end wall 11, engages keeper plates 66. The latch element is connected by an adjustable link 69 to a lever 70 which in turn is connected to an operating unit 71 which includes a cylinder 72 secured to the corresponding end wall 11, radially outward from the housing 10 and a shaft 73, which is attached to the lever 70.
